WHEN WILL YOU SHIP?
Any orders placed during weekdays after 2pm PST, on holidays or weekends will ship the following business day. We do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Next day service not available to PO Boxes.

All orders placed on our US site ships from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Hayabusa is Worldwide! Our site currently ship to all U.S. States and many other countries as well. Click/tap on the map icon in the upper right hand corner of our site and choose the country you’re interested in. We will either confirm you’re on the right site, or we will direct you to the Hayabusa site so you can shop with confidence!

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit or debit card when you submit your order, the payment will be processed when the order ships.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders generally process and ship in 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery can vary based on location and shipping option chosen.

Occasionally, there may be more information required from you before we can ship an order. This may be related to the shipping address or payment method provided. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to acquire the information.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact our Customer Service Team by phone at 1-888-776-1663 or email customerservice@hayabusafight.us.com as quickly as possible to cancel or change your order, and we will make every effort to see these changes are made prior to your order shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it is shipped.

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Please access your order confirmation email and select “View My Order”.
The tracking number(s) for your order will appear once the product is en route.

Confirm the tracking of your shipment with the carrier to ensure that your package(s) were delivered.

WHY DIDN'T MY COUPON WORK? WHERE IS MY COUPON?
Sometimes other websites will say they have Hayabusa coupons. These are not real Hayabusa coupons and will not work.
We believe in having special sales that are available to everyone, not just a few people who found a coupon somewhere.
Our Main Event sales during Black Friday are legendary and everyone can enjoy them.
DO YOU COLLECT SALES TAXES?
We calculate and collect sales tax for orders where applicable.
